In Singapore, most families live in flats, so cremation is the norm for cats. NEA directs owners of cats and dogs to commercial animal crematoria. One provider lists private cremation at SGD 280 for a cat under 5 kg[6], with columbarium niches from SGD 300 for the first year. Ask whether the niche fee is separate from the cremation.

Will I have to travel to Singapore to arrange things?
Not usually. Providers based in Singapore (roughly 6 miles from Marina Bay) collect from here as a matter of routine, and the paperwork is done by email or phone. If you want to be present for a witnessed cremation, that is when the drive matters.
Can a provider from a neighbouring town collect from Marina Bay?
